Levels of skill assessment
1. Awareness
Understanding how a specialist works in this field, what tasks they perform, their workflow and tools, methods and practices, what peculiarities and limitations are imposed on them.
2. Skill
The ability to solve basic tasks in the field, such as completing less critical parts of work under the guidance of a lead specialist, assembling a layout or prototype based on existing materials, making meaningful improvements to an existing document, etc.
3. Expertise
Performing most tasks in the field of knowledge from start to finish, often independently. Ability to handle atypical situations.
4. Leadership
The ability to transfer expertise to other team members, assist in training and professional growth of colleagues, develop tools and methods, and enhance overall culture. The opportunity to identify problematic situations in the project or process and assist in their resolution.
